To become a vendor at The Market On Mahlon Street you must upload your current general liability insurance coverage policy or purchase general liability insurance and declare Remington Lake Housing, LLC (Address: 673 Potomac Station Drive, Suite #116 - Leesburg, Virginia 20176), as the additional insured on your policy. If you need an insurance reference, you can visit https://www.campbellriskmanagement.com and get INSTANT insurance coverage for $285 per year. This policy can be used at our market as well as any other markets you attend during the year. Do you agree to show proof or purchase general liability insurance prior to attending and pay to maintain coverage while you are a vendor at our market? *

Submit pictures of your proof of general liability insurance adding Remington Lake Housing, LLC (Address: 673 Potomac Station Drive, Suite # 116, Leesburg, Virginia 20176) as an additional insurer on the policy. NOTE: IT IS A NEW YEAR!! IF YOU HAVE PROVIDED YOUR INSURANCE INFORMATION IN THE PAST WE WILL NEED AN UPDATED COPY UPLOADED BEFORE YOU RETURN TO OUR MARKET. NO EXCEPTIONS *

To become a vendor at The Market On Mahlon Street you must agree to attend our vendor orientation, do you agree? *

To become a vendor at The Market On Mahlon Street you must have vehicle insurance on your foodtruck or motorized car/truck you drive to our market and on our property when unloading/loading your products and equipment. Do you agree to upload proof of vehicle insurance prior to attending our market? *

LEASE OPTION A: Our events days are on Thursday 9 a.m.-6 p.m. (we plan to expand to Saturdays 9 a.m.- 1 p.m.), EVERY WEEK. If your company is selected you will be required to sign a 3 month vendor lease, do you agree to pay your weekly market vendor fees of $100 per month, IN FULL on the first of each month? MONTHLY VENDOR FEES ARE SET AT $100 on a 3 MONTH term and must be paid ONLINE - no cash will be accepted, do you agree? *

Hold Harmless Clause - All authorized vendors participating in Remington Lake Housing, LLC DBA “The Market On Mahlon Street” shall be individually and responsible and will remove responsibility from Remington Lake Housing, LLC DBA “The Market On Mahlon Street”, its owners, officers, employees, members and volunteers for any loss, personal injury, deaths, and/or other damage that may occur as a result of the vendors' participation during the events held or sponsored by Remington Lake Housing, LLC DBA “The Market On Mahlon Street”, or that of its representatives, agents, and employees. *

Insurance - No insurance is provided to participants from Remington Lake Housing, LLC DBA “The Market On Mahlon Street.” Each vendor must waive liability and Food truck vendor must carry their own product and general liability insurance policy that contains at least $1,000,000 and Remington Lake Housing, LLC DBA “The Market On Mahlon Street” must be listed as a name insured and appear on the policy as: Remington Lake Housing, LLC DBA “The Market on Mahlon Street”, 673 Potomac Station Drive, Suite 116, Leesburg, Virginia 20176. All food truck vendors are required to have vehicle liability insurance for any vehicle used for business at Remington Lake Housing, LLC DBA “The Market On Mahlon Street” and must be prepared to present proof of insurance upon request. Remington Lake Housing is not responsible for any personal property of any vendors or their customers. *

Sales Tax - Vendors who are responsible for collecting their own taxes and filing with the appropriate agency, in accordance with the laws of Beauregard Parish and the State of Louisiana. Remington Lake Housing, LLC DBA/THE MARKET ON MAHLON STREET will obtain an occupational license for our events and provide a list of companies attending to the local Beauregard Parish Occupational License office. *

Suggestions, Complaints or Grievances - In the event of conflict between a vendor and a customer or between two or more vendors, Market staff should be notified immediately. It is not the duty of Remington Lake Housing, LLC DBA “The Market On Mahlon Street” staff to resolve any minor conflicts that may arise during Market hours. Should there be a persistent or irresolvable issue, vendors or customers should notify the local police/fire/medical authorities needed. *

Take-Down and Clean-up - All vendors are responsible for removing all their materials tent/food truck area and cleaning the tent/food truck area. Failure to completely remove all materials from the stall at the agreed upon time, or improperly cleaning the area may result in a fine or expulsion. The Market On Mahlon Street does not provide any on-site storage. *

Parish Taxes - Do you acknowledge you have been informed by The Market On Mahlon, you are responsible for inquiring if your business will need to set up an occupational license. Please contact The Beauregard Sheriff's Office (Occupational License) with the City of DeRidder and Beauregard Parish at 337-462-3451. To obtain additional information contact The Louisiana Department of Revenue. *
